Discount Service Plan (DSP) Benefits

• Discount Service Plans include one furnace and/or cooling system cleaning/inspection/tune-up per year, scheduled approximately six months apart, unless otherwise specified.
• No Repair Charges for Blue Ribbon Plan.
• Red and White Ribbon Plans receive a Ten Percent Discount on all repairs (parts and labor).
• No Travel or Diagnostic Charges for Blue or White Ribbon Plans.
• Red Ribbon Plan pays one-half of the Standard Travel/Diagnostic Charge ($74.00) for trouble/repair calls.

Terms and Conditions

• Equipment must meet operational standards in order to qualify for Discount Service Plans.
• Heat Exchangers and Compressors out of warranty or equipment with obsolete parts cannot be covered by a Discount Service Plan.
• A Discount Service Plan is valid for one year and can be automatically billed and renewed.
• Limited Access fee of $35 per visit applies to equipment located in crawl spaces/attics where extra time is required to perform service due to entry/egress and/or confined spaces.
• Pricing does not include sales tax
• *This equipment may only be covered when added to primary equipment maintenance/service plans.
